Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

For custom embroidery, we will embroider the name exactly as it is provided to us, whether in Arabic or English. We do not translate names, so please ensure the spelling is correct before submitting your order. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for misspellings if the name was provided incorrectly.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you must contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with details and images of the issue.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of the required size change. We will guide you through the process.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria.
