Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing times depend on the type of order:

Personalised Orders – Processing and delivery typically take 7-10 days.

Set Designs – Processing and delivery typically take 3-5 days.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using your chosen shipping method.

Shipping Options & Rates

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail:

Standard Shipping – £3.25

Tracked Shipping – £3.39

Tracked 24 Shipping – £4.24

Shipping costs are applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

If you select Tracked Shipping or Tracked 24, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping does not include tracking.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail’s service. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK.
