Digitising Fee:

The £15 digitisation fee is required to convert your logo into an embroidery-ready format. It's a one-off payment, and you will only need to pay it once for each new logo.

Important

If you’re using a new logo and haven’t added the digitisation fee to your cart, we will contact you to request payment for the fee. We will not be able to proceed with your order until the fee has been paid.

If you're unsure whether you've already paid the digitisation fee for a previous order, please reach out to us with your order details, and we'll confirm for you!

Please note that we will match the logo colour as closely as possible.
